Each Water Spirals product is hand- worked by skilled Tasmanian craftsmen from solid copper, with brass fittings and a steel ground spike. There can be no control of irregularities in colour, grain, veining or texture of products and presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections are evidence of the handmade. This is deemed to be understood, and valued, by those purchasing our bespoke products.

Material samples and photographs are used for reference purposes only and may vary from the final purchased item/s. Water Spirals will not be liable for any such variances or inconsistencies.

Exchange/Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds for the dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of materials used by Water Spirals, will not be accepted.

If, however, you are not satisfied of your purchase, on the basis of a manufacturing fault, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt.

Should we agree to an exchange, you must return the goods within 7 business days. All returned items must be in a new, unused, unmarked, re-saleable condition and must be carefully packed for transport. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

Cancelling Your Oder

Please advise us, by email, within 24 hours of placement if you would like to cancel your order.
