Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary by design, quantity and final destination.

In general, shipments within Australia should arrive in 3-10 business days from the date they are shipped. Please note, you will receive an order confirmation email soon after you place your order. This will be followed by a shipping confirmation email to notify you that your order has been shipped. We do not guarantee arrival times on shipments.

For express and international shipments, please contact us for a quote.

Damage during shipping

Australian customers: If your order is delivered and has been damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damage (including) packaging and email to us for our records. It is an Australian Post requirement that you take the parcel to your local Post Office to lodge a request for compensation. Compensation may be paid and this is entirely at the discretion of Australia Post.

Exchange/Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please choose carefully, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds for the dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of materials used by Water Spirals, will not be accepted.

If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, on the basis of a manufacturing fault, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt.

Should we agree to an exchange, you must return the goods within 7 business days. All returned items must be in a new, unused, unmarked, re-saleable condition and must be carefully packed for transport. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

Please advise us, by email, within 24 hours of placement if you would like to cancel your order.
